Taipei, Taiwan — I am blogging, finally.
Going out of the Philippines for the first time. Coming to Taipei to learn how to blog. Doing the whole exercise with 19 other expectant bloggers, my fellow Asian liberals. These make the 4th CALD Communications workshop one unforgettable personal experience. CALD is Council of Asian Liberal Democrats.
A few days before coming here, I tried making my blog on my own. Reason being that I did not want to sit down in the seminar room on a clean slate. I gave up after two trials. On the second day of the sessions of this 4-day workshop, I have a blog! Needless to say, I am getting the best professional help. There are not enough words to express my gratitude to CALD, the organizer, and the sponsor. the Democratic Progressive Party.
As of this writing, my co-participants are busy pounding their keyboards. Thirty minutes are all we have to finish one post. I think it will be a breeze, considering that top Filipino professional blogger, Abe Olandres, gave us a clear hands-on walk-through on how to make a blog.
Making a blog for the first time is easy, alright; but content is another matter. Helpful tips from the workshop facilitator, Dr. Ronald Meinardus, certainly should help a blog beginner like me take stock of online editorial considerations.
There’s more to learn in the next few days. But for now, I am blogging away!

Wow! galing-galing! Lets meet when you get back, ok?
